Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to valid residential and commercial addresses in the United States and Canada. Customers are responsible for confirming that the product is permitted at the destination before ordering. We do not ship to destinations where the product is prohibited.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Available shipping methods and the exact charge for orders under $50 are shown during checkout before payment is submitted.

Estimated delivery

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Canadian delivery may take longer and can be affected by customs. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking and address changes

A tracking link is emailed when an order ships. Review your shipping address before placing the order. If an address needs to be corrected, email us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or if a package arrives damaged, contact hello@petomegacbd.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier on the next step.
